Who inspires you?
My maternal grandmother. She had to come alone to this country at 36 with two small children, not knowing the language with just the clothes on their backs. She left it all behind because she wanted a better life for her family, and I am thankful

Where are you from and number of years you’ve lived in Ft Myers?
I am a native Floridian! I was born in Miami and was raised in Homestead and the Florida Keys. I have been in the Ft. Myers area since 2006

Favorite place to grab lunch and what do you get?
Two places, the pho at Pho Vinh and the shrimp and grits at Crave

How do you unwind?
After all the kiddies are sleeping, I love to either sit down and watch a movie, or play my xbox

The most interesting place you’ve ever visited?
So far, it is Mexico City, particularly Metropolitan Cathedral. It was built on muddy marshlands, unstable ground surrounded by volcanoes, sitting on an earthquake fault line, and has been sinking for over 500 years

What non-work groups do you give your time to?
My children’s elementary school

Where do you take people the first time they visit?
Edison House, a nice trip to the past
